JSC Teliani Valley (“The Group”) is looking for experienced professionals for the position of Senior Financial Analyst in Wine & Distribution Business.

The Groupis the subsidiary (80%) of Georgia Capital (LSE: CGEO LN, market capitalization of US$ 0.5 bln), who is the largest Georgia-based investment group with a portfolio of companies across various sectors.

JSC Teliani Valley is the leading beverages producer and distributor in Caucasus combining three business lines: a wine business, a beer business and a distribution business. We produce and sell wine locally and export to 15 countries, while in our beer we have a 10 year exclusive license to produce Heineken brands in Georgia and sell them in the South Caucasus. The Group’s finance team also manages and supervises Georgia Capital newly acquired leading wine Company: LLC Kindzmarauli Marani.

• 10-year exclusivity from Heineken to produce and sell beer in Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan
• Grow vineyard base to 1,000 hectares, from current 436 hectares, over the next three years

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Produce comprehensive financial reports to management, the Board, and other stakeholders according to standards agreed upon
• Review & prepare financial data, financial projections, and results for purposes of identifying financial performance improvement opportunities
• Assist with budgeting process
• Create and maintain revenue and expense models to assist in financial planning and to measure the organization's performance against budgets and prior forecasts
• Assist in any special project or request as directed by management and participate in other ad hoc projects
• Prepare agreed deliverables for GCAP Group Reporting

• Strong business analytic and quantitative skills
• Strong track-record of being a fast learner and need for personal and professional growth and development
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to operate with limited supervision
• Technical: strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; good knowledge of accounting and corporate finance
• At least two years’ experience in audit or relevant work experience is preferable
