Geocell announces a vacancy on the position of Junior Accountant of Finance Department.  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Current reconciliations with vendors;
• Creation of stock and price materials;
• Distribute VAT invoices and follow up their rejection & approval process;
• Make reconciliations with various suppliers to agree on debit/credit balances;
• Preparing Monthly VAT file for VAT Declaration;
• Adding and Changing Customers in SAP;
• Entering exchange rates in sap from nbg.ge on a daily basis;
• Following up (approve, reject) the invoices on rs.ge-Restaurants.

 Qualifications & Skills

• University degree in Finance;
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting;
• Minimum 1 year experience in accounting;
• Knowledge of MS Office programs;
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Detail oriented;
• Analytical skills;
• Fluent knowledge of Georgian and English languages.
