Recruitment Agency HR (HRRA) is announcing vacancy for the position of Country Manager, for one of the company's.

Job Type: Full-time

Main Duties &Responsibilities:

• Management of a Sales Center distributing the specialized balanced nutrition and personal care.
• Importation, certification, inventory management
• Orders handling, documents processing
• Forming local staff team, managing its day to day work
• Maintaining contacts with Distributors
• Regular Report Rendering, cooperation with the head office in Moscow
• Insuring  High quality of Service, participation in the processes of service
• Interaction with contractors, local regulatory authorities

Main Requirements:

• Higher Education
• Advanced user of Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet
• Experience of working with customs and logistician background will be an advantage
• At least 3 years of work experience in the field of quality service
• Experience of work for international companies is an advantage

Personal skills:

• Good organizing skills, customer-oriented approach
• Team building and management skills
• High efficiency, initiative, flexibilit
• Ability to work in cooperation, carry on negotiations
