• Prepare budgets and track budget expenditures;
• Support month-end and year-end closing
• Produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
• Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements and international financial standards;
• Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation;
• Monitor and interpret cash flows and forecast future trends;
• Develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk;
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
• Research and report on factors influencing business performance, including inventory management;
• Create, implement and maintain comprehensive worldwide accounting policy documents to improve clarity and consistency;
• Assist in the coordination of annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors;
• Manage communications with external auditors on external financial statements and accounting issues to ensure auditor agreement with company decisions on accounting disclosures, and issues;
• Perform continuous assessment of the close process and process re-engineering to reduce the timing to close the financial period.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance/Accounting
• At least 1 year of experience, with heavy exposure to financial reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity
• Ability to execute and follow-through to completion and documentation
